A. Service providers must be committed to providing great customer service and making From The Ground Up customers a priority. Many of the Service providers are recommended by our customers. Others have worked reputably in your area for years. All Concierge contractors are prescreened and references are evaluated each provider must carry a current license, insurance, bonding and must be in good standing with the Registrar of Contractors.
Q. How do I recommend a service provider to be part of the program?
A. Please contact From The Ground Up to submit information on a quality service provider. The service provider will be contacted by one of our concierge managers.
Q. What happens when I call From The Ground Up Home Owners Concierge?
A. You will be greeted by a friendly staff member who will listen and evaluate your service needs. From that point we will connect you with our qualified service provider who will come and evaluate your job and offer a free estimate.
Q. When should I expect to be contacted by your recommended service provider?
A. Once you have called into our office we will direct your information off to our recommended provider. You will then be contacted the same day by our provider to schedule a time to come and review your project and receive a free estimate. Work in many cases may be preformed the same day!
Q. Do I have to pay a fee to use your service?
A. From The Ground Home Owners Concierge is a FREE service. You do not owe us anything for using our service other than maybe an occasional Thank you! This service was created to serve the community in which you live by providing you the highest quality service providers in your area.
Q. What size projects can you recommend?
A. There is no job to big or small. Our goal is to be your one stop shop for any of your home service or building needs. Our qualified providers can meet any of your home service repair needs from fixing a leaky sink to building you your dream home. We have your job covered.
Q. Is From The Ground Up Home Owners Concierge a Contractor?
A. From The Ground Up Home Owners Concierge is not a contractor. We are a referral service only. Our job is to find quality service providers with proven track records of treating their customer right. Although these service providers have met or exceeded our qualifications. From The Ground Up Home Owners Concierge does not guarantee any work preformed by the chosen service provider all workmanship, guarantees and warranties will come directly from the service provider.

Q. How Long has From The Ground Up Home Owners Concierge been in business?
A. We opened our business in November of 2007. We may be a new business but we are not new to the construction industry. Brandon Stockbridge our owner was raised in the construction industry. Brandon’s experience in the construction industry has taught him what to look for in quality contractors.
