Research
Our research services can help to answer critical questions surrounding homelessness, provide data and numbers to complex social issues and most importantly- create a vehicle for gathering input from the people most impacted by homelessness and housing insecurity. Examples of projects include, but are not limited to:
Designing and leading a study on unsheltered homelessness and people labeled “service-resistant”
Creating outreach questionnaires, community asset maps and/or focus groups to better understand the unique needs of a particular community or neighborhood
Facilitating interviews with clients in your program(s) to gather feedback and enhance program delivery
Partnership
Our partnership building services can help to streamline and coordinate efforts by bringing the right stakeholders, service providers, funders and community members to the table to address complex problems. Examples of projects include, but are not limited to:
Designing a multi-partner program to address a particular gap in homeless services
Connecting mission-compatible individuals and organizations to enhance and not duplicate current initiatives or efforts
Building coalitions and/or work groups to address a particular social issue or challenge
Advocacy
Our advocacy services can help to raise awareness around important community issues, advocate for policy reform and most importantly- address the injustices and inequities surrounding homelessness and housing insecurity. Examples of projects include, but are not limited to:
Community organizing efforts to leverage support and/or create awareness around a particular issue, policy or injustice
Consulting on community outreach and engagement strategies and best practices
Lobbying with elected officials, stakeholders and community leaders
Project Management
Our project management services can help to identify the goals and vision for a new project or initiative, maintain momentum and most importantly- deliver meaningful outcomes. Examples of projects include, but are not limited to:
Transforming organizational goals into a clearly defined action plan with steps for implementation and metrics for success
Operationalizing a new program, concept or initiative
Facilitating strategic planning sessions with members of your organization or your Board
